He is absolutely right. Anorexia can cause severe damage to the physical safety of any person. If you do not give your body the right nutrients, the emphasis is on the internal organs and your body will absorb nutrients from the muscles and bones. Here are some of the effects of anorexia nervosa:

-Lack of Energy
Heart problems or
Dizziness, fainting, headache
The weak and brittle bones of osteoporosis
Kidney
-constipation/bloating
Thinning hair / nails are brittle
-dry skin
Electrolyte imbalance
Loss of points or infertility
Death

I'm sorry for your friend Im I know it must be frustrating for you to your friend hurt your body, but there is no way you can make your meals. It must be the one who decides to recover. The thing about anorexia is that victims often do not recognize that there is a problem. The best thing to do is tell a trusted adult, whether parent, teacher or counselor. You can help your friend get the help you need

Good luck and be careful, please

There are many problems that can result in anorexia. Most of the results side effects eat a lot less than the body needs to stay. The most serious consequences of malnutrition and weight loss, the loss of a normal menstrual cycle, low estrogen and weakened bones and loss of brain tissue and muscles, including the heart muscle. Other side effects include decreased energy, blood pressure, dizziness and fainting, feeling cold most of the time, constipation, decreased ability to urinate in the urine increases to concentrate the growth of hair on his arms and torso, fatigue, lack of interest in things such as gender and depression. If the person vomits or uses laxatives or diuretics (water pills) in an attempt to weight, serious disturbances in the control of electrolyte (salts and minerals) in the blood can lead to a dangerous heart rhythm disturbances.
