Do you trust FEMA to help you? Are you ready for a natural disaster? Could you leave on short notice? - travel size first aid kits

I have had luggage bug (BOB) for my family. Their small bags back home for a quick exit. Each family member has his own pocket, which is interesting for them. The bag looks like a sports bag of things have braces.

Each bag has a change of clothes and sturdy shoes.
A travel size first aid kit. (cheap at Wal-Mart and Dollar Store)
A small sample size toiletries. (Wal-Mart's low prices)
Three days of food such as energy bars and Mountain House freeze dried food.
Ziploc bags with salt, pepper and covered in plastic.
Small Multi-tool knife.
Blanket.
Windup flashlight dollars (cheap store)
A chemical light hold.
Two army canteens with cups and tablets to purify the water.
Two packages travel size Kleenex.
A butane lighter.
Two candles of weak tea.
Pepper spray (for 2 a.m. to 4 p.m. legged critters)
Small AM / FM radio.
Poncho
Photocopies of birth certificates, driver's license, insurance papers, address books, etc.
Ca cell phone batteryFilling graphics card with at least 120 minutes.
A small notebook with a pen.
In addition, each bag 300,00 $ in small denominations and two rolls of quarters.

The bags do not weigh much, but it may be worthwhile to have their weight in gold when needed.
