Weird antenna plug in for small 10" b&w tv? - antenna sales rah rah without substance

Hello I am a little TV that I discovered at a flea market, it brought me goes into my truck, have occupied, with satellite dishes of rabbit ears rather than bad, it's an external antenna on the back, even when it comes to the size of an MP3 but not as a normal plug-ins on the air.
